good day, i am ''designing and constructing a talking fingerprint access control system'' and i dont know how to go about it. pls, i need your help..
 

Why don't you TRY THINKING of something first, and then ask a question. Do you want us to just design a system for you? Do you have ANY idea of what you need to do? What hardware? What software?
