Design interface circuit for 10HS soil moisture sensor with aurdino

I need to design a interface circuit for 10hs soil moisture sensor to aurdino. aurdino analogue pin reads 0-5V and 10hs sensor output is 300mV to 1250mV. if someone knows to design a circuit please reply this thread asap thanks.
 

You may use a voltage amplifier by four to get to match the input range with 1,2V to 5V to the ADC input range. Cuircuit example you find just be seach for "Voltage Amplifier Circuit by 4" on the web.
