Deriving process corners

Hello all,

What is the criteria for a technology to decide the process corners (SS FF TT) . Please help me with the relative setup.

That is not dependent on the technology. That depends on the end application i.e. depending on when and where the chip is going to be deployed.
Usually we have to satisfy our constraints at all process corners so that we can be sure that our chip will work under all conditions.
