delete data from eeprom

Hay friends, how to clear data from EEPROM memory,,plz tel me the conditions....am using PIC16F877A+Hi-Tech C...

Do you mean internal eeprom of PIC? Just do the eeprom_erase() function if there is one or use eeprom_write() function and write value 0 to the adresses to be erased.

EEPROM Clearing is nothing but just all 1's in the memory. So just put 0xFF and write it to entire memory.

Write 0 to all the EEPROM locations, be it the internal EEPROM or an external EEPROM.
