any one knows , if i can simulate a transistor in cst design and use its s2p file such as what we do in ads

i want to use renesus ne 3210s01 in my design (in cst) but i dont know how? i should use its s2p file or it is defined somewhere in cst library?!

@ CST library are spice par. Much better and accurate use like box s2p. Otherwise transistor is good and cheap, below 1$. Only for attention, exists not correct s par for these transistor. For example s21 grooving ( excitation in a dut )above 20GHz and so on. It should be monotone and logic curves. We made some device up to 40GHz.
