defected ground structure with CST

Dear all;
I have been trying to design defected ground structure for mutual coupling reduction of two element microstrip antenna array, I am using CST but the results with and without dgs are same, clearly the dgs has no effect on the matter.
if anyone can help me I would appreciate.
