DE0 flash memory vhdl code

Hello,

I'm going to design project by using this device DE0 ( cyclone III EP3C16F484 )

Really, I'm new in using the FPGA Device.

In the project , I should use flash memory to write/read input data .

I have researched for getting the source code for flash memory but unfortunately No results for this.

Is there Any one can help me if u have the vhdl source code of flash memory?

If no , Any suggestions for this or method to write the code?

I have learned enough in writing VHDL code
I wrote my main program code ,only I need flash memory source code.
