I want to design circuit to supply power such as (VTT and VDDQ) for DDR3 and DDR4.

1- what specification should I concern? I mean what are the standards?
2- are there any references?
 

this Question is very generic. we can write a book on it....... VDD and VDDQ specfications are available in JEDEC spec. VTT specs you need to calculate based on your design. Your Controllers and memory datasheets are references.
