rfid charge pump

HI,ALL:
the usual architecture of dc_dc is dickson, but if the ckl is connected with dc_dc by buffer(inverter),the average current is so large.how to deal with it?thanks all so much.by the way ,A charge-pump circuit converts the dc supply voltage of
1V to a voltage of approximately 14 V needed for programming the EEPROM.
I have one ways:1.improve effiency of dc_dc
any suggestions?

What process you want use? Now we have 14-15V at 1,8V VDD for 0,35um process without native Vth nMOSFET. You can find a lot of ideas at USPatent search :). And what frequency RFID you use? (UHF?)
