Hi guys,

I just wondering why need to use the resistor 4.7k ? It cannot direct supply to the PMOS gate without any resistor?

You probably can, depending on the control voltage source.

Two points should be considred however
- you don't want to leave the gate terminal floating
- if you supply a higher voltage than +/- 20V between gate and source of the MOSFET, the transistor will immediately destroyed. It looks like this might happen in your circuit.

My motor unable to move if i not supply 60V to the Transistor between gate and source. Got any idea to prevent the transistor destroyed with 60V supply. Thanks...
