Please help me to find a DC Drive Circuit for a 1/10 HP urgently

What is the voltage rating of your dc motor?
The voltage can be 12V dc (see example below, for 0.1hp requires more MOSFETs connected in parallel) or 220Vdc .. 0.1hp doesn't tell much about it ..
