DC motor and two other circuit connections

I have to connnect a DC motor and 2 relay circuits using 2 KT450 DTDP relay IC.
I tried connecting the DC motor terminals to COM port and shorting both th IC's NO's and NC's and then connecting each of them to other relay circuits as shown in figure
