hello everyone,
i need some help to bias my power transistor. the datasheet says vgs (-10,3) vds(0,100) and maximum drain current 1.4A.. proposed voltage vds 28v
which must be the start and the end point of my dc loadline? i use ads and my problem is that if the end point is vds 100v then the loadline have areas that i cant use.
any ideas?
