dc injection brake for ac induction motors

Hi,

I need a schematic / app note to a Electronic Brake for an9.3kw AC motor, using DC injection with SCR's.
And the braking adjustment is2sec from few sec... this is my project requirement..... if any one have the related doucments & links or circuit means .... help us....

Can anyone help ?

What kind of motor? (I bet it is a syncron motor)

Are you using any controller to adjust RPM?
 

Yes it is a synchronous motor only..

Sounds unlikely. You asked about AC induction motor (=asynchronous motor) before.

DC breaking is a usual feature of industry standard VFD inverters, review respective user manuals, e.g. for Simatic Micromaster series.
