Hello, i'd appreciate if someone will send me the datasheets of the following DDR SDRAM modules.
1. RAM PQI 512MB DDR PC3200
2. RAM Super Talent D32PB12C2 512Mb DDR PC3200
3. RAM Kingston KVR400X64C25/512 512Mb DDR PC3200 CL2.5
or at least any of those..
but i need complete datasheet, not just basic specification and drawing of the PCB module.
i'd donate 50pts for one who will find me something

well..i have found some info...thanks anyway
