Hi,

I am looking for fast wireless communication modules which are possible to drive in embedded systems (e.g. with ARM uC). Fast means for me at least 50 Mb/s. It is possible to find on the market some WiFi modules with RF data rates up to hundreds of Mbytes. For example Xbee WiFi (**broken link removed**) has 72 Mb/s. But on the other hand most of them use slow data interface, this Xbee has slow UART and SPI with clock up to 6 MHz. That support for 802.11n is just for compatibility with other network devices? Do you know modules, which RF speed corresponds to data transfer possibilities in embedded systems?

Regards
Daniel
