Data flow from Altera FPGA to PC over Ethernet W5300 ?

Hello,

I am using CYCLONE V FPGA board with wiznet W5300. I want to send the data from board (From NIOS) to PC by TCP/IP or UDP protocol. Please anyone guide me in writing the coding part (C language in NIOS).

I have Initialized the wiznet 5300 for data transfer. Next what i need to do to complete the process.
 

Why not port existing Wiznet C sample code to NIOS?
 

Sorry, I can`t understand. My aim is to send the data from board (From Altera NIOS) to PC over Ethernet W5300 by TCP/IP or UDP protocol.

Here, Cyclone V board is Client, and PC is server.

Design is ready but i dont know how to interface NIOS and PC.
