data driven DC sweep with monte carlo analysis

i want to know how to do data driven sweep with monte - carlo analysis in a single Hspice program...... like i have 10 resistance values for inverter circuit and i want to perform monte-carlo analysis for each value of resistance........ please tell me as soon as possible...........

this is only for operating point analysis......... how would i do DC analysis with both sweeps....
 

It works with Spectre, don't know with Hspice.
