Cutting voltage of diode in precision rectifier

In case of precision rectifier why doest he cutin voltage of diode becomes open loop gain of opam ddivided by .7

I dont think there is a direct connection between cutin volt and open loop gain...

i think u don't know what exactly to ask. Better give details exactly what u want to do or know & where u got stuck up.
