Hi.....
In current mirror matching....
How the direction of current flow is important in layout matching either in interdigitizaton or common centroid?? How is it related with chirality of device placement???

Thanks in advance

Current flow isn't homogeneous in submicron structures, particularly through vias. That's why current flow direction adherence is an important part of chirality observance in symmetry.

Means: for symmetric layout - regardless of interdigitation and/or common centroid - don't use mirroring, only replication.
