I have this CTX1451C monitor...the vga card is ATI3d Rage pro...while installing win ME,..the screen suddenly started blinking (while configuring the hardware) and after a while it went blank...now all that is left is a blinking power led and tick tick sound from inside the monitor. Please somebody help me diagnose repair this monitor.
