CST simulation meshing problem

i having some problem with my CST simulation of PIFA antenna. A simple two layer board simulation (Frequency Domain Solver) requires me to use FPBA instead of automatic. when i use FPBA, its refining the mesh again and again untill the end but doesnt solve the problem. The weird thing i observed is the boundary condition (box) is too big for the simulation!
