Hello all,
I need some help/suggestion with my design in CST MWS.
I have my structure with several lumped elements (inductances and capacitances). I thought of directly using the S-Parameters of these lumped element values directly provided by the manufacturer instead of using the static values.
For this, in general, we define one discrete port connected between the strip and ground; and the other between strip and ground of the other side and then in the schematic we load the s-parameter touchstone file between these two discrete port points.
However, the problem with my structure is that my lumped elements are to be defined directly on the ground plane. So I confused now how do I define discrete ports directly on the ground(conducting) plane without any strip?
