Open CST choose CST microwave studio> then choose planar antenna> then go to macro option from above> then 'calculate'> calculate analytical line impedance> then from the list i am choosing thick microstrip and putting all the values to calculate the impedance. Now in this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pSzFhKVmYAw video link this person can generate the 3D model from the inputs but that option is missing in my case.
