i tried lots of time to install CST microwave studio on my Vista operating syatem but unable to install it.
plz tell me how can i install CST on vista operating syatem.
is it possible or not?
is CST compatible with vista or not?

Try to run the installer in XP compatibility mode since it checks the OS version.

1. right click setup.exe
2. select Properties
3. select Compatibility folder
4. check Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP2
5. click OK
6. double click setup.exe

This technique does not work...i tried it.....any other ideas??? i am also using CST 2006.

You can use a virtual machine to emulate windows XP,

Virtualbox does this very well for free.

I have installed CST 2009 on my vista but im not able to stop service because of which the license thing is stuck up. It gives me an error "Could not stop license service, error 0"...
What could i do???

I finally did it in xp since I tried many times installing it on vista.
