I am designing a PLL dedicated for channel spacing of 5Mhz, so i need to know what reference frequency can i use Thanks

As aryajur said look in parts catalogues and the web for standard frequencys. If you want a paticular frequency there are companys such as **broken link removed** who will cut crystals to a frequency specified by you.

I read that if certain techniques are used, crystals with frequencies less than 200MHz can be achieved (I hope that I quote true).
