crystal oscillator cost, noise performance, frequency range

Hi guys,
Can anyone recommend me some good reference about crystal oscillators? i am interested in cost of crystal oscillator, typical oscillators used in wireless and wireline communication. does the cost increases with output frequency?

What about the temperature stability? Its the stability that costs the dough, third or fifth overtone crystals are cheap if you don't need good stability.
