CREE SiC Rectifiers

Just to let some of you power electronics guys know. We were having some problems with major spiking goin on in one of our 1kw ZVS choke input switching power supplies.
Of course it was the rectifiers! We had soo much dissipation in our snubbers it was killing our efficiency. These rectifiers hardly needed any snubbing. Give them a try they are very hearty! Good luck!
