Creating Device file for BGA

Hi all,

Can anyone provide me instrctions for creating a device file.I want to swap the pins of BGA which i am using now. It has 688 pins.I am using Allegro 14.2, While trying to swap the pins its showing 'swap code is zero'.

Its very urgent.

open the Part as package, click File - Create Device.
Go or Nogo?

Hi,

I am using allegro 14.2 there no such option of creating device file in this.
I think i have create it manually.
Can any one help me. Its very urgent
