creating a network of three xbees in transparent omde

i want to make a network of three xbee with one as coordinator and other two as end devices. i want them to operate in transparent mode.
how i will distinguish between the data coming from two different xbee modules on coordinator .
if i want to send some data to particular end device only then how will i do that or data will be transmitted to each end device.

I have used API mode when I have multiple end points but if you are using AT mode the end device when they send a message can put some identifer in the message, e.g. start with a 1 or 2.
