Hi
If we do RF probing for the CPW transmission line, we can arrange the pads like this
if I want to do wire bonding and package test instead of using RF probes, i need to re-arrange the pads, in a row parallel to the CPW transmission line (TL) due to the TL is relatively long. In this way, I have difficulty connect the pads to the TL with the tapers.
Any idea how to deal with that?
Thanks!
