What is the rule of thumb for the upper limit of the outside to outside width of a coplanar stripline transmission line (compared to a wavelength).

Also, besides the minimum trace width and minimum gap width manufacturable, what are the upper/lower bounds on the width to gap ratio in order to apply the CPS impedance formulas to still hold? Is there a limit?

Thanks.
