I'm going to using ARM core to design an IC, could you recommend a good book? Thanks.
 

try the ARM Architecture Reference Manual .. search on google maybe u can find a like where u can download the pdf from.

Did you try to take courses from ARM?
They provide for each core a course for hw design based on the specific core and as well as for the software.
