Hi all,

I have been given a task to draw a structure of Coplanar Waveguide with the specification that the center conductor should be of 60microns, the ground planes should be finite and in between two to three times the width of the center Conductor. The substrate could be any silicon or GaAs. I have to adjust the gap width such that in order to achieve the characteristics impedance of 50ohm. Please help me achieving that.

I have made the structure and defined the wave-port as well but i don;t know how to find the characteristic impedance. Also, I am confused whether i have correctly defined the wave-port or not.

My structure is hereby attached with the post.
