Convertion of SPEF to SPICE netlist

Hi All,

I am doing characterization flow of standard cell. I am done with DRC and LVS using hercules. Cdesigner has the problem in generating OA format so we generated SPEF. Is their any way to convert SPEF to spice netlist using hspice?

We back annotate SPEF using Hspice. But can able to get the netlist in spice format. Can you please help me.
