converting surface current into radiation im my problem

Hello Andrey,Using maxwells equations i have found the surface current expression.
I am thinking to use Vector potential to find the scattered field.
but there are no dimensions for me to plug in the integral
i have only the dimention of the length period.
how to i calculate the vector potential for such case?
