Converting measured illuminance in Luxs to irradiance in W/m

Converting Luxs to W/m2

Hi,

is there any formulas or equations to convert measured illuminance in Luxs to irradiance in W/m2

or

convert measured luminance in Cd/m2 to irradiance in W/m2
 

Converting Luxs to W/m2

I guess as the units for denominator is same then the numarator should also be.
this means that Cd=W,
Check the units
