mv_value = (5005 * adc_value) / 1024;

Hi
Do this
In put rage 0 - 4.88v

Then Out put multiply by 5

5 divided by 1023 is roughly 0.00488V or 4.88mV. So you could just multiply the adc result by 4.88.
