Dear scholars
I am trying to find a cmos-bases cicruit to convert VDD voltage (1.2V) to 1.3V in 65nm CMOS technology. Is there any circuit such as level shifter to implement this idea?
There are oscillator circuits which create internal volt levels beyond their supply rails.
Example, classic astable multivibrator using 2 transistors and 2 capacitors. Of course It depends on whether your mosfets run on 1.2 V supply.
If you build it with P-devices, the bias terminals have peaks of 1.8 V.
