i have an input volt from 0 to 10 volt ... i need to change it to 0 to 5 V with reverse action ... means i need when input is 10 the out is 0 and when input is 0 the out is 5 v
your requirement does not specify whether you want linear response (i/p 0 to 10v and o/p 5 to 0v with inbetween ranges)
or for only extremes.( with 10v i/p 0v o/p and 0v i/p 5v o/p.)
Below is the LTspice simulation of the inverter circuit with the required offset to give 5V to 0V from a 0V to 10V input with a single 5V supply voltage.
For other supply voltages, the ratio of R2 and R4 will need to be changed.
If high accuracy is needed then the voltage to R2 should be from a voltage reference.
