conversion of c language to HDL

Yes you can.

At best, you get some very bad and innefficient HDL.
At worst, it wont work.

Hardware design requires a different mindset to programming.
 
Two different things.
It would be a mess to rely on that tool!

is good one.
like other hardware specification languages Verilog, is especially suitable for hardware description, it does not
compare favorably to general purpose languages, like C or C++, when efficiency of execution is considered.

But i hered that Using Matlab we can generate Verilog files in flexible excution manner.
