Conversion from IBIS Model to Spice Model or Proteus VSM

Hi,

I am working with Proteus 6 for my project Simultion. I didn't have Spice Model for my processor(ColdFire). But I have IBIS Model of that particular processor. Please guide me how convert the IBIS Model to Spice Model. Anybody provide me the Proteus VSM model of Coldfire Processor.
