Hi

I am struggling to find a suitable microcontroller that include CAN interface at the moment. Bascially I do not want to buy a expensive IDE envirnoment like Keil but practically free one. Furthermore I would need a C software available for to implement CAN communication. Any suggestion?

Try PIC.
The IDE is free, all the source codes are free.
Just the compiler and debugger are what you really need.
Those are not very expensive

if u can arrange Keil UVision then C515C Infenion controller having MSC51 based architecture available

u can easily implement ur code and test the CAN 2.0 Bus configration

With regard to your comment, please correct me if I am wrong. Is it possible to obtain free 'C' IDE Environment, compliler and debugger (No restrict) for free?

I have not told that have I?
I said, it is just the compiler and the debugger you need to get, which are NOT free.
The IDE and a lot of useful material is free

Soz, guy. I guess I prefer AVR chip because the IDE, compiler and debugger are completely free.

Yes, you are right but it is limited software. AVR has unlimited software.
