control using I2C or Serial Communication

hello,

You mean control another MCU ?
booth method UART or I2C can control , dialogue with another MCU
but with UART you have to use a protocol .. how do you will exchange data example : simplex link, XOn XOFF or your own protocol.

With I2C you must have a master MCU and a slave MCU
most of MCU have inbuilt I2C hardware..
protocole allready exist to read or write data..

thanks PAULFJUJO,one more doubt is
The process i'm going to carry out is Read/Write in both ways.....from IC to controller and Controller to IC..for that whether I2C is better than Serial communication

with I2C
you need to define wich is the master, and witch is the slave.

with UART, you define yourself the protocol .. like a talkywalky paire ?
