Constructing turbo code with overall code rate=1/4

Hello,

I would like to know how to construct a turbo code with code rate=1/4. I am aware that we can do so with three encoders and two interleavers, but the decoding (with 3 decoders) is rather complex. I am stuck with the decoding for MAP algorithm. How does each decoder handle the inputs?
