Connection of Ntub in Virtuoso

Hi my problem when i do DRC is the error INFO:hot nwell.What mean??I must connect nwell to Vdd???Who i can connect nwell to Vdd if there isn't a contact ntub with metal1?!Thanks

Hot nwell means it is not connected to Vdd.

I must connect nwell to Vdd???

It ain't necessarily so: You may connect the nwell to any voltage (usually to the PMOS' source, if not Vdd), but in any case you have to connect it.

Who i can connect nwell to Vdd if there isn't a contact ntub with metal1?

Insert a contact and connect it by metal1 !
