hi everybody

I have a project with ccs related to c2000. Unfortunately, My computer only has usb port. Code composer studio is linked with target through parallel port. so i use a parallel 2 usb converter. when starting code composer it gives an error message:

Error initializing emulator

I/O Port = 540

Board Name: R2812 eZdsp
Cpu Name: cpu_0

Abort: Close Code Composer Studio.
Retry: Try to initialize the emulator again.
Ignore: Ignore the initialization error and start
potentially without target debugging access.
Diagnostic: Run diagnostic utility.

is it possible to connect to target through usb port in this way? or is there any other solution?

thanks
