hello
I connected the picdem2 plus board to computer directly through rs232 cable to usb.
how can I connect to mplab thrugh this cable?

Hi,

Not a board I have used, but looking at the schematics the boards RS232 link is for serial connection to the Pics serial port, not for programming the chip which needs a hardware programmer like the Pickit3 or ICD3 connecting to the appropriate programming sockets as detailed in the user guide.
