  1. How to determine when the heartbeat is missed without invasive surgery.(ectopic beats)
  2. Determine rate of heartbeats by memory for past ten-fifteen beats .
  3. Generate a pulse synchronise with the heartbeats as per the QRS complex.
  4. Pulse the current into the heart for the muscles called "bundle of HIS"
  5. Ensure that the current 1mA is in an acceptance level to the heart .
  6. Filtered clean pulse to be sent to heart to prevent fibrillation ;-)
