How do you convert vibration spectral amplitudes in mm/s peak to mm/s RMS?
 

Assuming that you are dealing with overall values, the conversion is the same as if you were dealing with a sinusoid.

i.e. the peak/0 overall velocity is sqrt(2) higher than the rms overall velocity.

Note that the overall pk/0 is not necessarily the true peak.
